کار در مجتمع ام‌دی‌اف کارگر شوروم کابینت؛

شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش به منظور تحقق اهداف سازمانی.
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم فروش به منظور دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده.
• توسعه و حفظ روابط موثر با مشتریان و شرکای تجاری.
• انجام مذاکرات تجاری برای جذب مشتریان جدید و حفظ مشتریان فعلی.
• تحلیل و بررسی بازار به منظور شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید فروش.
• ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای به مدیران ارشد درباره عملکرد فروش.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 8 شب؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 1 ظهر. 

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مناسب در زمینه مدیریت فروش.
• مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره و ارتباطات.
• توانایی کار در تیم و مدیریت تیم‌های فروش.
• آشنایی با اصول اخلاق کسب‌وکار.

working hours Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 to 20:00 Thursday 8:00 to 13:00
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales strategies in order to achieve organizational goals
- Management and Leading the sales team in order to achieve the set goals
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and business partners
- Conducting business negotiations to attract new customers and retain current customers
- Analyzing and reviewing the market in order to identify New opportunities Sales
- Providing periodical reports to senior managers about sales performance

Qualifications:
- Having a degree in management, commerce or trade
- Appropriate work experience in the field of sales management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage sales teams
- Familiarity with the principles of business ethics
