Visa Consultant / Visa Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Visa Consultant with strong expertise in Asian visa routes who can professionally handle the entire visa process—from initial consultation to contract registration and final follow‑up.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation to visa applicants and recommend the best route based on each individual’s circumstances
• Strong command of visa procedures for Asian countries including the UAE, Thailand, Russia, China, and others
• Review, complete, and follow up on applicants’ documents until results are issued
• Conduct professional negotiations with clients and build trust and satisfaction throughout the process
• Accurately record, update, and organize contracts and case files
• Continuously monitor immigration laws and updates from various countries
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full mastery of Asian visa routes
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade clients
• In‑depth knowledge of visa and immigration regulations
• Familiarity with suppliers and strong networking/relationship‑building skills
• Passion for learning and staying updated on immigration policies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills (in person, by phone, and online)

Preferred Qualifications (a Plus):

• Experience with Schengen and Canadian visa applications
• Previous related experience in travel agencies or immigration firms
• Experience in sourcing and pricing
