شرح شغل:
شناسایی، طراحی و به‌روزرسانی خط‌مشی‌ها و رویه‌های کلیه سیستم‌ها و فرآیندهای منابع انسانی مانند جذب و استخدام، سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد، برنامه آموزشی و توسعه، سیستم حقوق و دستمزد، سیستم پاداش، مدیریت استعداد و فرهنگ سازمانی، برنامه‌ریزی مسیر شغلی و سیستم نگهداشت.
تجزیه‌و تحلیل و اصلاح سیاست‌های جبران خدمت برای ایجاد برنامه‌های رقابتی.
شناسایی و طراحی برنامه‌های جانشین‌پروری و توسعه برای کارکنان.
طراحی و پیاده سازی سیستم مدیریت عملکرد.
تهیه برنامه‌های انگیزشی برای افزایش رضایت کارکنان.

شرایط احراز:
تسلط کامل به تهیه، تدوین و بومی‌سازی تمامی فرآیندهای اداری و منابع انسانی و دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی مربوطه.
تسلط کامل به تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی.
حداقل مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت، صنایع و سایر رشته های مرتبط.
تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی.
دارای مهارت‌های رهبری و ارتباطی موثر.
محل فعالیت: کارخانه مدیران خودرو- بم- کرمان.

Job description:
Identifying, designing and updating the policies and procedures of all human resources systems and processes such as recruiting and hiring, performance evaluation system, training and development program, salary system, reward system, talent management and organizational culture, career path planning and retention system.
Analyze and modify compensation policies to create competitive programs.
Identifying and designing succession and development programs for employees.
Design and implementation of performance management system.
Preparation of incentive programs to increase employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
Complete mastery of preparation, compilation and localization of all administrative processes and human resources and relevant executive instructions and methods.
Complete mastery of formulating and implementing human resources strategies.
Minimum bachelor's degree in management, industries and other related fields.
Complete mastery of the English language.
Possess effective leadership and communication skills.
