• Planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring all job affairs and human resources of the unit.
• Communicating and coordinating between production executive units to achieve the production plan.
• Estimating the resources (financial, manpower, time, equipment) needed for the company's development plans.
• Supervising and controlling the production budget realization.
• Supervising and controlling the production reports and checking deviations, eliminating the related obstacles and problems.
• Monitoring the shipment of materials and products.
• Monitoring the process of quantity and quality of products produced according to the plan.
• Receiving the needs and goods requested by the customers from the sales and commercial units and preparing weekly and monthly plans to submit to production.
• Monitoring the process of production standards.
• Developing planning goals.
