We are hiring a Senior Product Designer (Fintech / Omnichannel SaaS)
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong background in designing local financial applications and web-based platforms, ideally products similar in nature to systems like “بام”, digital banking dashboards, payment hubs, PSP portals, and enterprise-level fintech platforms.
The ideal candidate should have deep familiarity with Iranian financial workflows, including but not limited to:
- Consumer and business banking journeys (B2C & B2B)
- Payment and settlement flows
- Verification, KYC, risk and compliance flows
- Local UI/UX patterns, guidelines, and user behavior in financial ecosystems
- UX standards commonly used by banks, PSPs, and financial service providers
About the Product
Our UX structure and core design frameworks are already established. The platform is built as an Omnichannel Enabler Dashboard that:
- Integrates with multiple internal and external sales channels
- Provides unified access and control across diverse financial touchpoints
- Supports modular expansion for new services and APIs over time
- Operates as a scalable SaaS product, accessible on desktop and adaptable for other devices
This product enables institutions and partners to manage services, monitor activity, configure access, and interact with external apps and services through a unified architecture.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Improve usability and interaction flows based on real usage data
- Ensure visual and UX consistency across all modules and surfaces
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and integration teams
- Lead design reviews, prototyping, wireframing, and user journey mapping
- Work with existing design frameworks and contribute to evolving the design system
- Translate business and API-driven features into intuitive end-user experiences
- Conduct UX research aligned with Iranian financial user behavior and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing complex financial products (platforms, dashboards, portals)
- Strong understanding of local financial UX patterns and regulations
- Ability to design modular interfaces and scalable component systems
- Experience in cross-platform responsive design (desktop + mobile)
- Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and technical constraints
- Familiarity with working on products that require security, auditability, consistency, and high reliability
