ارائه حمایت روانی از بیماران بر اساس اصول، استانداردها و رویه های msf به منظور ارتقای سلامت روان بیماران.

• انجام ارزیابی نیازهای سلامت روان بیماران و ایجاد تشخیص و طرح درمان. آگاه کردن بیمار و بستگان او در مورد عواقب احتمالی بیماری و درمان دارویی که باید دنبال شود و ارجاع بیماران به سایر متخصصان بهداشت در صورت لزوم برای ارائه مناسب ترین درمان و بهبود وضعیت بیمار
• اجرای پروتکل خشونت جنسی مبتنی بر جنسیت (sgbv)، شناسایی قربانیان احتمالی sgbv و ارجاع آنها به تیم پزشکی.
• ارائه حمايت رواني و جلسات روان درماني (فردي، خانوادگي، گروهي) به بيماران بر اساس پروتكل هاي msf براي بهبود شرايط سلامت روان آنها
• كمك و آموزش به كاركنان و افراد مدبر در صورت لزوم براي افزايش دامنه فعاليت هاي mh. همکاری نزدیک با مترجمان برای اطمینان از اصطلاحات و رفتار مناسب در طول جلسات
• جمع آوری داده های آماری و پایش در مورد فعالیت های سلامت روان
• اطلاع رسانی به سرپرست و تیم پزشکی در مورد مسائل یا مشکلاتی که ممکن است در ارتباط با درمان بیماران ایجاد شود تا بهترین راه حل ممکن از دیدگاه پزشکی ارائه شود. با رعایت پروتکل های msf در مرکز پناه مرح.
• ارجاع بیماران به سایر متخصصان سلامت (به عنوان روانپزشک) در صورت لزوم، برای ارائه مناسب ترین درمان و بهبود وضعیت بیمار،
• ارائه حمایت روانشناختی و جلسات روان درمانی (فردی، خانواده، گروهی) به بیماران با توجه به پروتکل های msf و در صورت ارتقای شرایط سلامت روانی اعضا، در صورت ارتقای شرایط سلامت روانی به کارکنان، آموزش های لازم برای بهبود وضعیت آنها دامنه فعالیت های mh
• جمع آوری داده های آماری و نظارتی در مورد فعالیت های سلامت روان
• مدیر فعالیت های پزشکی و تیم پزشکی را در مورد هر گونه مسائل یا مشکلاتی که ممکن است در ارتباط با درمان بیماران ایجاد شود مطلع می کند تا بهترین راه حل ممکن از دیدگاه پزشکی ارائه شود
• اطمینان حاصل شود که تمام اطلاعات بیمار طبق پروتکل های msf محرمانه باقی می ماند.
• کمک و کمک به کار تیمی مورد نیاز در یک مجموعه چند رشته ای.
• در صورت درخواست از پرستاران با مشاوره پیش آزمون و پس آزمون حمایت کنید و در صورت درخواست از سایر کارکنان پشتیبانی کنید.
• حمایت و پیگیری بیماران تازه تشخیص داده شده و شناخته شده مبتلا به ncds که نیاز به مشاوره دارند که توسط پزشکان ارجاع شده است.
• ارزیابی پایبندی و مهارت های پشتیبانی پایبندی برای ارزیابی مناسب بودن شروع درمان، و سپس حمایت از بیماران در صورت نیاز در طول درمان 3 ماهه برای بیماران هپاتیت c.
• همکاری نزدیک با پزشک ارجاع دهنده، اطلاعات و توصیه های بیمار.
• ارائه مداخلات روانشناختی مبتنی بر شواهد برای بیمارانی که مصرف کننده فعال مواد مخدر هستند و برای بیمارانی که مایل به پرهیز هستند.
• همکاری با تیم چند رشته ای برای کمک و/یا شروع ارجاعات خارجی در صورت لزوم.
• مدیریت بالینی، از جمله یادداشت‌های بیمار و داده‌های آماری را مدیریت کرده و به‌روز نگه دارید.
• در صورت درخواست از روانشناس در کلینیک وحدت پشتیبانی فنی ارائه دهید.
• در جلسات پزشکی فعالانه شرکت کنید تا کار تیمی چند رشته‌ای را با هدف ارتقای مراقبت از بیماران خود تقویت کنید.
• جمع‌آوری کامل و دقیق داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزارهای ارسالی داده‌های ارائه شده به اپراتور در زمان‌بندی مشابه و با استفاده از ابزارهای ارسالی و زمان‌بندی ارائه شده به اپراتور.
• به برنامه کاری هفتگی و ماهانه تهیه شده توسط msf احترام می گذارد و در صورت عدم امکان حضور در کلینیک به دلیل موجه، سریعاً به pmr پروژه اطلاع می دهد. او باید به جنبه های اداری الزامات کاری احترام بگذارد، از جمله رعایت ساعات کار (حضور به موقع در کلینیک و خروج از درمانگاه)، اطلاع رسانی سریع به msf pmr در صورت غیبت موجه.
• مشارکت فعال/مشارکت در اجرای پروتکل خشونت جنسی مبتنی بر جنسیت (sgbv)، شناسایی قربانیان احتمالی sgbv و ارجاع آنها به تیم پزشکی تا درمان اضطراری چند رشته ای لازم و همچنین سایر مراقبت های چند رشته ای را دریافت کنند.
• برای آموزش های نظارتی در دسترس باشد و در هر آموزش دیگری که سوپروایزر درخواست می کند برای ارتقای مراقبت از بیماران در پروژه کرمان شرکت کند.

الزامات:

تحصیلات: مدرک اساسی یا دیپلم روانشناسی

تجربه:

حداقل 2 سال تجربه ضروری حداقل به عنوان یک روانشناس بالینی،
یک روانشناس قوی بالینی و یا یک روانشناس قوی قبلی به عنوان روانشناس. Ngo's در کشورهای در حال توسعه

زبان ها: دانش فارسی و انگلیسی ضروری است.
دانش: سواد کامپیوتری مطلوب (ورد، اکسل، چشم انداز و اینترنت)

Providing psychological support to patients according to MSF principles, standards and procedures in order to im-prove the patients’ mental health.

• Carrying out an evaluation of the mental health needs of patients and establishing a diagnosis and a plan of treatment. Inform-ing the patient and his/her relatives about the possible consequences of the illness and the drug treatment to follow, and refer-ring patients to other health professionals whenever necessary, to provide the most appropriate treatment and improve the pa-tient's condition
• Implementing the Sexual Gender Based Violence (SGBV) protocol, identifying possible victims of SGBV, and referring them to the medical team so that they receive the necessary treatment.
• Providing psychological support and psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, group) to patients according to MSF proto-cols to improve their mental health conditions
• Assisting and training staff members and resourceful people whenever necessary to enhance the scope of MH activities. Working in close collaboration with translators to ensure appropriate terminology and behavior during sessions
• Collecting statistical and monitoring data about mental health activities
• Informing the supervisor and the medical team about any issues or problems that may arise related to patients’ treatment to provide the best possible solution from a medical perspective
• Ensuring that all patient information is kept confidential
• Evaluates mental health needs of patients and establishes a diagnosis and a plan of treatment while respecting MSF protocols in Panah E Merh Centre.
• Refer patients to other health professionals (as a psychiatrist) whenever necessary, to provide the most appropriate treatment and improve the patient's condition,
• Providing psychological support and psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, group) to patients according to MSF proto-cols to improve their mental health conditions
• Assists in training and resourcing staff members whenever necessary to enhance the scope of MH activities.
• Collecting statistical and monitoring data about mental health activities
• Informs the medical activity manager and the medical team about any issues or problems that may arise related to patients’ treatment to provide the best possible solution from a medical perspective
• Ensure that all patient information remains confidential according to MSF protocols.
• Assist and contribute to teamwork required in a multidisciplinary setup.
• Support nurses whenever requested with Pre-Test and Post–Test Counselling and support other staff as requested.
• Support and follow up newly diagnosed and known patients with NCDs who require counseling as referred by medical doctors.
• Adherence Assessment & Adherence Support skills to assess treatment commencement suitability, and then to support patients as required during the 3-month treatment for the Hep C patients.
• Work closely with the referral doctor to facilitate patient information, recommendations, and referrals.
• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for patients who are active drug users and for those patients who wish to be abstinent.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to assist with and/or initiate external referrals where necessary.
• Manage and keep up to date with clinical administration, including patient notes and statistical data.
• Provide technical support to the psychologist in the Vahdat clinic when requested.
• Participate actively during medical meetings to strengthen multidisciplinary teamwork aimed at enhancing the care of our patients.
• Complete and accurate data collection using the tools provided and timely submission of the same to the data operator as per the schedule.
• Respects the MSF-prepared weekly and monthly work schedule and promptly notifies the project PMR if una-ble to attend the clinic for a justifiable reason. She/he shall respect the administrative aspects of working re-quirements, including respecting the working hours (being on time in attending the clinic and leaving the clin-ic), informing the MSF PMR promptly in case of justifiable absence.
• Actively participate/contribute to implementing Sexual Gender Based Violence (SGBV) protocol, identifying possible vic-tims of SGBV and referring them to the medical team so that they receive the necessary multidisciplinary emergency treat-ment as well as other multidisciplinary care.
• Be available for supervisory trainings and participate in any other trainings requested by the supervisor to enhance the care of the patients in the Kerman Project.

Requirements:

Education: Essential degree or diploma in Psychology

Experience:

Essential 2 years’ experience minimum as a psychologist,
A clinical psychologist would be a strong asset
Desirable previous experience with MSF or other NGO’s in developing countries

Languages: Knowledge of Persian and English is essential.
Knowledge: Desirable computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)
