مدیر کارخانه | Factory Manager

ماموریت شغل:
برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و نظارت بر کلیه عملیات تولید، کنترل کیفیت، نگهداری و تعمیرات تجهیزات، مدیریت منابع انسانی و تضمین بهره‌وری و سودآوری کارخانه.

شرح وظایف:
• سازماندهی، هدایت و نظارت بر عملکرد تیم‌های تحت مدیریت در راستای دست یابی به اهداف و برنامه‌های سازمان
• سرآوری بر کل فرایند تولید و ارتقا سطح بهره وری و بازدهی فرایندهای کارخانه
• بهینه‌سازی راندمان تولید و کاهش ضایعات
• کنترل هزینه‌های تولید و عملیات
• اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای بهداشتی، ایمنی غذایی و ایمنی محیط کار
• مدیریت و سازماندهی پرسنل در واحدهای کارخانه
• انجام هماهنگی مربوط با واحدهای برنامه‌ریزی، فروش و مالی
• ارائه گزارشات دوره‌ای تولید و مالی به مدیر عامل
• تدوین و تحلیل شاخص‌های بهره‌وری

شرایط احراز:
• حداقل کارشناسی مهندسی صنایع، مکانیک، کشاورزی، مدیریت صنعتی
• شرایط سنی 35 تا 45 سال
• جنسیت: آقا
• حداقل 8 سال سابقه مدیریتی در کارخانه‌های صنایع غذایی (ترجیحاً صنایع برنج یا غلات)
• آشنایی با استانداردهای بهداشت مواد غذایی HACCP و ISO 9001
• توانایی مدیریت تیم
• مهارت تحلیل داده و کنترل هزینه
• توانایی تصمیم‌گیری و حل مسئله
• توان رهبری قوی تیم
• مسئولیت‌پذیر و نتیجه‌گرا
• توان کار در شرایط پرفشار

Job Mission:
To plan, direct, and oversee all manufacturing operations, quality control activities, equipment maintenance, human resource management, and to ensure overall factory productivity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, lead, and supervise the performance of teams under management to achieve organizational goals and operational plans.
• Oversee the entire production process and enhance factory productivity and operational efficiency.
• Optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Control production and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
• Manage and organize personnel across factory units.
• Coordinate effectively with Planning, Sales, and Finance departments.
• Prepare and present periodic production and financial reports to the CEO.
• Develop and analyze productivity and performance indicators.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Age between 35 and 45 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing factories (preferably in rice or grain industries).
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards such as HACCP and ISO 9001.
• Strong team management capability.
• Proficiency in data analysis and cost control.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Responsible, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
