حسابدار فروش | Sales Accountant

شرکت آوای لیان داروی پارس فعال در صنعت داروسازی، در راستای توسعه واحد مالی و حسابداری خود، از افراد واجد شرایط برای سمت «حسابدار فروش» دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

شرح وظایف:

ثبت، کنترل و تطبیق اسناد فروش، فاکتورها و حواله‌های خروج کالا

صدور و ثبت اسناد حسابداری مرتبط با فروش، تخفیفات، برگشت از فروش و پورسانت‌ها

کنترل حساب‌های دریافتنی و پیگیری وصول مطالبات از مشتریان و شرکت‌های پخش

تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی فروش (ریالی، تعدادی، منطقه‌ای، محصولی)

مغایرت‌گیری با انبار، واحد فروش و شرکت‌های پخش

بایگانی و مستندسازی دقیق اسناد مطابق الزامات مالی و حسابرسی

شرایط احراز:

حداقل مدرک کارشناسی حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط

حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار در صنعت دارویی و بهداشتی

تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزار حسابداری سپیدار

تسلط به اکسل در سطح پیشرفته (Pivot Table، توابع مالی و گزارش‌گیری)

آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، ارزش افزوده و فرآیندهای فروش مویرگی

دقت بالا، نظم کاری و توانایی کار تیمی

ساعت کاری : شنبه تا چهارشنبه از ساعت 8 صبح تا 5 بعد از ظهر و پنجشنبه ها از 8 صبح تا 12:30

Description of duties:

Registration, control and reconciliation of sales documents, invoices and remittances of goods departure

Issuance and registration of accounting documents related to sales, discounts, returns from sales and commissions

Control of accounts receivable and follow up on the collection of claims from customers and companies Distribution

Preparation of sales analytical reports (riyal, quantity, regional, product)

Contradiction with warehouse, sales unit and distribution companies

Archive and accurate documentation of documents according to financial and audit requirements

Qualification conditions:

Minimum bachelor degree in accounting, financial management or related fields

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and health industry

Complete mastery of the software Sepidar Accounting

Mastery of Excel at an advanced level (Pivot Table, financial functions and reporting)

Familiarity with tax laws, added value and capillary sales processes

High accuracy, work order and ability to work in a team

Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm
