As the HR Specialist - Company Culture Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a healthy and positive work culture
- Analyze employee feedback and address concerns to improve employee engagement and retention
- Develop and deliver training programs on company values, ethics, and culture
- Create and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation
- Work with senior management to establish and maintain a company culture that aligns with the organization's vision and goals
- Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure that the company culture is reflected in all HR initiatives
- Develop and manage employee wellness programs to promote a healthy and balanced work-life balance
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on company culture and employee engagement
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and senior management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful HR strategies and initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
