Job Description:
Plans overall sales of products in the monitored area.
Researches and studies competitors' movements in the target market.
Identify and pursue sales goals in the monitored area.
Controls product returns and attempts to reduce them.
Coordinates between the monitored areas.
Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Plans and directs staff, trains and evaluates performance to develop and control sales and service programs.
Reviews operational records and project sales reports and determines profitability.
Collects customer feedback, market research and competitive analysis.
Monitors customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
Establishes close working relationships with the company's operations team (distribution, finance, warehouse).
Ensures quality of service and sales force coverage for distributors and customers.
Reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum five years of experience in distribution companies; minimum two years of management experience.
Ability to plan for promotional services and update and maintain information about equipment and customer specifications.
Ability to analyze business and finances.
Ability to plan short and long term.
Familiarity with planning for capillary sales development in the relevant province.
Familiarity with financial issues and branch collection period and receivables control.
Recognition of VIP customers at the provincial level.
