● مسلط به تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های برنامه‌ریزی و تولید.
● آشنایی با الزامات خودروساز (سابکو و سازه گستر).
● مسلط به تکنیک‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها.
● مسلط به روش‌های کنترل موجودی مواد و محصولات و همچنین برنامه‌ریزی عملیاتی.
● مسلط به امور لجستیک.
● مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی در حوزه برنامه‌ریزی (سیستم‌های برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت یکپارچه).
● مسلط به مدیریت و کنترل پروژه و استانداردهای ایزو.
● مسلط به فرایند تولید.
● مهارت رهبری و مدیریت کار تیمی.
● مهارت مربی‌گری جهت بالا بردن توان علمی و عملیاتی اعضای تیم.
● روابط عمومی بسیار بالا و توانایی تصمیم‌گیری، حل مسئله و کنترل بحران.
● مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره (فروش و بازاریابی).
● داشتن تفکر خلاقانه جهت پیشبرد امور محوله.
● تسلط نسبی به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.

شایستگی ها:
- دارای مدرک مهندسی صنایع
- تجربه کاری در زمینه برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت تولید
- توانایی کار تیمی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی
- توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط
- مهارت در حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط بحرانی
