شرکت ششصد و هفتاد و هفت آریا شیمی در صنعت تولید و فرآیند فعالیت دارد و به دنبال یک کارشناس فنی و فروش برای پیوستن به تیم در آمل و بابل است. این نقش نیازمند فردی با توانایی بالا در مذاکره و ایجاد ارتباطات بلندمدت با مشتریان است.

مسئولیت ها:
- توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی در زمینه کود و سموم کشاورزی
- برقراری روابط پایدار و موثر با مشتریان و ارائه راه حل‌های مناسب برای نیازهای آنان
- انجام تست‌های فنی و تحقیقاتی در باغات و مزارع
- مدیریت و پیگیری فروش‌های جاری و بررسی فرصت‌های جدید در بازار
- سفرهای درون استانی برای مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان و شرکای تجاری

شایستگی ها:
- دارای مدرک مهندسی کشاورزی
- مهارتهای ارتباطی قوی
- تسلط به اصول فروش و بازاریابی در حوزه مربوطه
- توانایی بالا در مذاکره و تعامل با مشتریان
- آمادگی برای سفرهای استانی

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies in the field of agricultural fertilizers and pesticides
- Establishing stable and effective relationships with customers and providing suitable solutions for their needs
- Conducting technical and research tests in gardens and farms
- Managing and following up current sales and investigating new opportunities in the market
- Intra-provincial trips to negotiate and communicate with customers and Business partners

Competencies:
- Has a degree in agricultural engineering
- Strong communication skills
- Mastery of sales and marketing principles in the relevant field
- High ability to negotiate and interact with customers
- Preparation for provincial trips
