به عنوان یک کنترل کننده سهام ، شما مسئولیت انجام تمام عملیات روزانه انبار را بر عهده خواهید داشت. اطمینان از صحت موجودی در سطح بالایی ، به ویژه در مورد صادرات FG. همه فعالیتهای ورودی/برون مرزی را که به موقع و با بالاترین کیفیت و دقت انجام می شود ، مدیریت کنید. به روزرسانی سیستم انبار عمومی و سایر سیستم های انبار به عنوان فعالیت روزانه.

• شمارش سهام را مطابق با SOP انجام دهید و بازرسی قفسه را طبق SOP انجام دهید
• مواد را به زمان تولید کنید تا از هرگونه توقف خط استفاده کنید

• maintain accurate inventory in both physical and systematical by doing it on a monthly and weekly basis
• conduct the cycle counting based on the agreed schedule for all rpm & finish products
• ability to do any transaction in the erp system without any mistakes
• high focus on im- manage the crew in the warehouse to get the best result in operation implementing the gwp in the warehouse through respecting the قوانین.

آیا شما مناسب هستید؟
• حداقل 3 تا 5 سال تجربه در تدارکات ، انبار یا زنجیره تأمین ، ترجیحاً در یک گیاه تولیدی مرتبط با مواد غذایی/ یا یک فرد یادگیرنده سریع.
• ذهنیت حل مسئله ، روحیه کار ، مهارت های ارتباطی خوب ، شخصیت خلاقانه ، و مسئولیت عالی. Microsoft Office Suite (Word ، PowerPoint ، Outlook و Excel)
• داشتن یک گواهینامه رانندگی معتبر برای کار با تجهیزات انتقال مواد
• دانش ERP
• راحت برای کار با شماره ها
• اعزام صادرات FG
• به روزرسانی سیستم WH عمومی

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for conducting all the day-to-day Warehouse Operations. Making sure inventory accuracy is at high level, especially about export FG. Manage all Inbound/Outbound activities to be done on time and with highest quality and accuracy. Updating General Warehouse System and other warehouse systems as daily activity.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Perform stock counting as per SOP and Perform rack Inspection as per SOP
• Replenished the materials to production on time to avoid any line stoppage
• Focus on continuous improvement, continually challenging and reviewing processes to raise the standard
• Communication of material-holding issues to relevant stack holders and follow-up to take it out from the system & warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory in both physical and systematical by doing it on a monthly and weekly basis
• Conduct the Cycle counting based on the agreed schedule for all RPM & Finish products
• Ability to do any transaction in the ERP system without any mistakes
• High focus on im- Manage the crew in the warehouse to get the best result in operation implementing the GWP in the warehouse through respecting the rules.
• Assures full implementation of the safety instructions during any movements in the warehouse

ARE YOU A FIT?
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Management.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics, warehouse or supply chain, preferably in a food-related manufacturing plant/ or being a quick learner person.
• Problem-solving mindset, teamwork spirit, good communication skills, result-focus mindset, creative personality, and great responsibility.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Nice to have a valid driving license to operate material handling equipment
• ERP knowledge
• Comfortable to work with numbers
• Dispatching Export FG
• Updating general WH system
