تجربه شغلی:حداقل 7 سال در واحدهای تولیدی صنایع غذاییبا حداقل دو سال سابقه مدیریتی
تحصیلات:کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد صنایع غذایی،مهندسی صنایع یا رشته های مرتبط
آشنایی کامل با فرمولاسیون خمیر،کرم،کنترل فرایند و بسته بندی
تسلط بر اصول GMP،ایمنی و بهداشتی صنعتی
توان تحلیل داده های تولیدی ،گزارش گیری و پایش عملکرد سالن ها
آشنایی با اصول نگهداری و تعمیرات دستگاه ها TPM
توانایی کار با نرم افزارهای تولید و برنامه ریزی
رهبری و هدایت تیم تولیدی
توانایی بر نحوه تهیه دستور العمل ها و پیگیری جهت حسن اجرای آن
توانایی کاهش ضایعات تولید و کاهش هزینه ها
نظارت بر عملکرد صحیح کلیه سالن های تولید
بررسی مستمر کیفیت محصول نهایی با همکاری QC
برنامه ریزی شیفت ها و کنترل اضافه کاری ها
گزارش دهی دقیق و روزانه ،هفتگی،ماهانه به مدیریت
طراحی و اجرای پروژه های بهبود فرایند(KAIZEN)
بازخورد دادن به روسای سالن و ارزیابی دوره ای عملکرد انها
ارزیابی ریسک تولید و تهیه طرح مقابله در مواقع بحران

Work experience: at least 7 years in the production units of the food industry with at least two years of management experience
Education: bachelor's or master's degree in food industry, industrial engineering or related fields
Complete familiarity with the formulation of dough, cream, process control and packaging
Mastery of the principles of GMP, industrial safety and hygiene
Ability to analyze production data, report and monitor the performance of salons
Familiarity with the principles of maintenance and repair of devices TPM
ability to work With production and planning software
Leading and guiding the production team
Ability to prepare recipes and follow up on their proper implementation
Ability to reduce production waste and reduce costs
Supervise the correct operation of all production halls
Continuously check the quality of the final product with the cooperation of QC
Planning shifts and controlling overtime
Precise and daily, weekly, monthly reporting to management
Designing and implementing improvement projects The process (KAIZEN)
Giving feedback to the heads of the hall and periodic evaluation of their performance
Assessing production risk and preparing a plan to deal with crisis situations
