برنامهریزی، هدایت و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیتهای مربوط به دریافت، کنترل کیفی، ذخیرهسازی موقت و توزیع روزانه شیر خام ورودی به پلنتهای مختلف تولیدی، بهنحوی که تداوم تولید، کیفیت محصول و الزامات بهداشتی بهطور کامل تامین گردد.
برنامهریزی و مدیریت دریافت روزانه شیر خام از تانکرهای ورودی مطابق برنامه تولید
تخصیص و توزیع بهموقع شیر ورودی به پلنتهای مختلف تولیدی بر اساس ظرفیتها و اولویتهای تولید
نظارت بر فرآیند نمونهبرداری شیر خام و اطمینان از انجام آزمونهای کیفی و بهداشتی طبق استانداردها
تحلیل نتایج آنالیز کیفیت شیر ورودی و تصمیمگیری در خصوص پذیرش، تفکیک یا عدم مصرف شیر
برنامهریزی و کنترل اجرای عملیات CIP خطوط انتقال، مخازن و حاملین شیر
هماهنگی مستمر با واحدهای تولید، تضمین کیفیت، آزمایشگاه، برنامهریزی تولید و بهداشت
نظارت بر عملکرد نیروهای عملیاتی محوطه و مدیریت شیفتها
پیشگیری از توقف تولید از طریق مدیریت صحیح جریان شیر خام و زمانبندی عملیات
شناسایی گلوگاههای عملیاتی و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود فرآیند و افزایش بهرهوری
