کارشناس منابع انسانی | Human Resources Expert

شرکت امین سازه آداک کیش به دنبال یک کارشناس منابع انسانی برای مدیریت و بهبود فرآیندهای استخدام و جذب نیرو در کیش است. این نقش مستلزم همکاری با تیم مدیریتی برای جذب استعدادهای برتر و کمک به طرح‌ریزی استراتژی‌های موثر در این حوزه است.

ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری:

•  شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 18؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 12 ظهر.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• مدیریت و اجرای فرآیندهای استخدام شامل مصاحبه، انتخاب و انتصاب نیروهای جدید.
• همکاری با مدیران واحدها برای شناسایی نیازهای استخدامی و متناسب‌سازی فرآیندها.
• حفظ سیستم‌های مؤثر جذب و نگهداشت کارمندان.
• تحلیل داده‌های مرتبط با عملکرد منابع انسانی و ارائه پیشنهادات بهبود.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فرآیند منابع انسانی (حقوق و مزایا، کارکرد، جذب و استخدام).
• دانش عالی در زمینه مالی، حسابداری یا بانکداری.
• تجربه کاری در حوزه منابع انسانی و مدیریت استخدام.
• مهارت‌های قوی در Word ،Excel و PowerPoint.
• توانایی کار در محیط تیمی و ارتباط موثر با دیگران.
• مهارت‌ در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی.

Working hours Saturday to Wednesday 9 to 18 and Thursdays 9 to 12
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute recruitment processes including interviewing, selection and appointment Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation
- Creating and maintaining effective recruitment systems
- Analysis of Human Resource Performance Data and Offer Improvement Suggestions
