We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist in a subsidiary of Alibaba Group to join our team. In this role, you will support the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management, ensuring an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Handle personnel administration including contracts, attendance, and HRIS updates.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating programs.
- Assist in performance management cycles, including data collection and process improvements.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities.
- Ensure compliance with Iranian labor law and social security regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in internet-based companies, startups, or travel/e-commerce).
- Solid knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, performance management, personnel affairs).
- Strong understanding of Iranian labor law and social security regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Good command of English (reading and writing).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
