شناسایی مشتریان و مدیریت ارتقای فروش محصولات اختصاص داده شده به پزشکان هدف برای دستیابی به اهداف ماهانه، سه ماهه و سالانه در راستای استراتژی شرکت. ویزیت منظم پزشکان برای نظارت بر در دسترس بودن و حرکت محصول. حفظ و به روز رسانی دانش محصول و رقابت و ساخت و نگهداری روابط خوب با پرسنل بازرگانی.به روز رسانی کارت ها و لیست های پزشک و ارائه گزارش روزانه.اجرای هدف گذاری و نمایه سازی مداوم مشتریان.برخورد با رهبران نظر و دریافت بازخورد بازار به طور منظم.هر گونه اطلاعات مربوطه را به مدیر گزارش دهید و رویه های شرکت را بدانید. بهترین شیوه ها

• Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to the target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with company's strategy.
• Regular visits by physicians to monitor product availability and movement.
• Maintain and update product and competition knowledge, and build and maintain good relationships with trade personnel.
• Update doctor cards and lists, and submit the daily report.
• Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers.
• Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback regularly.
• Report any relevant information to the manager and know the company procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biology, Midwifery, or Nursing.
• Experience in representing medical products.
• At least three years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Profound market and business understanding, solid problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Teamwork spirit.
• Good command of English.
• Good command of computer literacy (MS Office).
