پیشرو در صنعت فولاد، به کارشناس اتوماسیون صنعتی مجرب (سطح 1) برای مکان کرمان نیازمند است. نامزد استراتژی های اتوماسیون را در محیط های مختلف صنعتی از جمله کارخانه های متالورژیک و سایر محیط های تولیدی هدایت می کند. کاندیدای ایده آل دارای درک قوی از سیستم های اتوماسیون است و تمرکز زیادی بر بهبود مستمر و رضایت مشتری نشان می دهد.
مسئولیت ها:
-تجزیه و تحلیل پروژه اتوماسیون و تحویل با مهندس پروژه
-مدیریت راه اندازی نیروگاه ها/تجهیزات و نشان دادن عملکرد کامل کارخانه به نیازهای مشتری، سخت افزار سخت افزاری و قراردادی
- سخت افزاری و قراردادی راهاندازی ارتباط با تمام دستگاههای ارائهشده
-ارزیابی تأثیر تغییر برحسب ساعات کاری لازم
-تعریف برنامهریزی مجدد فعالیتها و منابع
-نوشتن و تست کد با توجه به توضیحات فنی، فلوچارتها، سیکلوگرامها، برگه داده، درخواست مشتری
-تجزیه و تحلیل نرمافزار و تطبیق آن با توجه به فرآیند یا هر گونه مشکلی که مشتری درخواست میکند. پروژه
-ایجاد اصلاحات در نرم افزار و نمودارهای اتوماسیون با انتخاب مناسب ترین راه حل برای مشکل یا خطا.
-تولید گزارش به منظور نظارت بر پیشرفت راه اندازی و به روز نگه داشتن hq
-تهیه گزارش فنی نهایی به منظور توصیف وضعیت کارخانه در پایان راه اندازی و مدیریت لیست نیازها و ارزیابی تمام زمان های اتوماسیون. امتیاز
-تولید مطابق با کلیه نرم افزارها و اسناد ارائه شده
کار بر اساس استانداردهای شرکت
- همکاری نزدیک با سایر کارکنان، مانند مدیران سایت، ناظران مکانیکی، ناظران برق، مدیران مشتریان یا ناظران.
- کار در حالت ایمنی، با عمل و با استفاده از PPE

فرهنگ
مدرک تحصیلی:
- مدرک لیسانس در مهندسی (برق/الکترونیک/تلکام).
- تجربه ثابت شده در اتوماسیون صنعتی در بخش های مربوطه مانند فولاد، شیشه، بطری سازی، یا تولید کاغذ.
- دانش قوی زیمنس plc step7 ver. 5 یا 6 و زیمنس hmi wincc.
- پاسخگویی و نتیجه گرایی را نشان داد.
- تعهد به بهبود مستمر و مشتری مداری.
- توانایی انطباق با فناوری ها و روش های جدید.
A leader in the Steel industry, seeks an experienced Industrial Automation Expert (Level 1) for Kerman location. The candidate will guide the automation strategies within various industrial settings including metallurgic plants and other production environments. The ideal candidate possesses a robust understanding of automation systems and demonstrates a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Analysis of automation project and hand over with project engineer
-Manage the commissioning of plants/equipment and demonstrate the full operation of the plant to the customer according to project and contractual requirements
-Analyze hardware and hardware configuration, setup the communication with all device provided
-Evaluate the impact of a modification in terms of necessary working hours
-Define the re-planning of activities and resources
-Write and test code according to technical description, flowcharts, cyclograms, data sheet, customer requested
-Analyze software and adapt it according to the process or customer requested
-Produce detailed analyses about any possible issue encountered in the project
-Produce modifications to the software and automation diagrams by selecting the most appropriate solution to the problem or error.
-Produce reports in order to monitoring the progress of commissioning, and keep updated the HQ
-Produce the final technical report in order to describe the status of the plant at the end of commissioning.
-Produce and manage the automation punch list and evaluate the time and needs to close all points
-Produce as built regarding all software and documents provided
Work according to the Company standards
-Work closely with other staff, such as site managers, mechanical supervisors, electrical supervisors, customer managers or supervisors.
-Work in safety mode, by action and by using PPE
-Work in compliance with the culture and laws of country where the site is placed
-Promote a positive work culture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecom).
- Proven experience in industrial automation within relevant sectors such as steel, glass, bottling, or paper production.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC Step7 Ver. 5 or 6 and Siemens HMI WINCC.
- Demonstrated accountability and results orientation.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and customer orientation.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
-Experience in steel industry/ Paper Industry / Glass Industry/ Packaging/ Food and beverage.
-Experience in automation company
-Experience in Programming
