مدیر کنترل کیفیت | Quality Control Manager

● داشتن حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی برق، مهندسی مکانیک یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط از دانشگاه‌های معتبر کشور.
● داشتن حداقل ده سال سابقۀ کاری مرتبط.
● جنسیت مد نظر: خانم یا آقا.
● مسلط به تدوین و برنامه‌ریزی واحد کنترل کیفیت و کنترل و نظارت بر اجرای کامل آن.
● مسلط به استانداردهای رایج کنترل کیفیت.
● آشنایی با ابزارهای کیفی (SPC ،MSA ،SQFE ،FMEA ،SQFE).
● مسلط به استانداردهای IATF16949 و ISO9001 و آشنایی با الزامات ساپکو و سازه گستر.
● مسلط به انجام بازرسی‌های ورودی، حین فرایند و نهایی.
● مسلط به ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری و کالیبراسیون.
● مسلط به اصول نمونه‌برداری مواد، قطعات و محصولات و غیره.
● داشتن مهارت رهبری و مدیریت کار تیمی.
● داشتن مهارت مربی‌گری جهت بالا بردن توان علمی و عملیاتی اعضا تیم.
● داشتن روابط عمومی بسیار بالا و توانایی تصمیم گیری، حل مسئله و کنترل بحران.
● مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره ( فروش و بازاریابی).
● داشتن تفکر خلافاته جهت پیشبرد امور محوله.
● تسلط نسبی به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.

● تعیین زمان اجرای اقدامات و زمان‌های پیگیری رفع عدم انطباق‌ها.
● طرح‌ریزی و نظارت مستقیم بر کلیه فعالیت‌های کنترل کیفیت.
● نظارت بر نحوه اجراء و کنترل محصولات نامنطبق و همچنین نظارت بر نحوه اجراء وضعیت بازرسی و آزمون.
● نظارت بر روش‌های آزمایش، تجهیزات، دستگاه‌های تست، آزمون و شرایط محیطی آزمایشگاه.
● نظارت و کنترل فرایند کالیبراسیون طبق روش اجرایی مربوطه.
● نظارت بر کالیبره بودن و صحت عملکرد تجهیزات پایش و اندازه گیری.
● تدوین و برنامه‌ریزی واحد کنترل کیفیت و کنترل و نظارت بر اجرای کامل آن.

● Having at least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or other related fields from prestigious universities in the country.
● Having at least ten years of relevant work experience.
● Desired gender: female or male.
● Proficient in formulating and planning the quality control unit and controlling and monitoring its full implementation.
● Proficient in common quality control standards.
Familiarity with quality tools (SPC, MSA, SQFE, FMEA, SQFE).
● Proficient in IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards and familiar with Sapco and Sazeh Gostar requirements.
● Proficient in performing incoming, in-process and final inspections.
● Proficient in measurement and calibration tools.
● Proficient in the principles of sampling materials, parts and products, etc.
● Having leadership and teamwork management skills.
● Having coaching skills to increase the scientific and operational ability of team members.
● Having very high public relations and the ability to make decisions, solve problems and control crises.
● Mastering the principles and techniques of negotiation (sales and marketing).
● Having caliphate thinking in order to advance assigned matters.
● Relative mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
