- سن 30 – 40 سال
- حداقل مدرک تحصیلی : کارشناسی مهندسی صنایع و مدیریت صنعتی و رشته های مرتبط
- دارای حداقل 3 سال سابقه اجرایی در شرکت های تولیدی
مهارت ها:
- تسلط کامل به اکسل
- زمان سنجی
- آشنایی کامل با گزارش گیری و گزارش دهی
- داشتن دید فنی
- دارای روحیه تیمی و روابط عمومی خوب
- چالش پذیر
- ریز بین و نکته سنج
- آشنایی با ممیزی Iso و مستند سازی
شرح فعالیت :
- انجام زمان‌سنجی و امکان‌سنجی سازمان و فرآیندهای تولیدی.
- گزارش گیری و گزارش دهی کلیه امور تولید.
- کنترل و نظارت بر اجرای برنامه‌های تولید و کنترل انحرافات تولید.
- پیگیری کارهای جاری مرتبط با تولید.
- اجرا و نظارت بر اجرای 5S
- ارتباط با واحدهای مرتبط با تولید.
- پایش ضایعات تولید و کنترل وضعیت ضایعات.

Activity description:
- Conducting time measurement and feasibility of organization and production processes.

- Communication with units related to production.
- Monitoring production waste and controlling waste status.
