یک کارخانه فعال در حوزه تولید صنعتی، جهت مدیریت عملیات فنی و راهبری واحدهای مهندسی، از افراد با تجربه، دارای نگرش سیستمی و توانمند در حوزه‌های فنی و مدیریتی دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

شرح وظایف تخصصی:

مدیریت و راهبری کلیه واحدهای فنی و مهندسی شامل برق، مکانیک، تاسیسات، تعمیرات
تدوین و نظارت بر اجرای برنامه‌های نگهداری پیشگیرانه (PM)، اصلاحی (CM) و پیش‌بینانه (PdM) در چارچوب سیستم‌های مدیریت نگهداری (CMMS)
ارزیابی وضعیت تجهیزات کلیدی و ارائه راهکارهای تحلیلی جهت افزایش OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
هدایت پروژه‌های مهندسی شامل اتوماسیون خطوط تولید، بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها، نوسازی ماشین‌آلات و کاهش مصرف انرژی
بررسی داده‌های عملکرد فنی، تحلیل ریشه‌ای خرابی‌ها (RCA) و پیاده‌سازی راه‌حل‌های بلندمدت
نظارت بر طراحی و اجرای پروژه‌های زیرساختی و توسعه تاسیسات کارخانه
مدیریت تیم‌های مهندسی: تعیین شاخص‌های عملکردی (KPI)، آموزش، ارزیابی و انگیزش نیروهای فنی
برقراری فرآیندهای مستندسازی، مدیریت قطعات یدکی، کنترل موجودی انبار فنی و کاهش توقفات ناخواسته
اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای HSE، مقررات ملی ساختمان، ایمنی الکتریکی و مکانیکی
مشارکت در جلسات راهبردی مدیریت، ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی فنی و مشاوره به مدیریت ارشد
برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با واحدهای تولید، تضمین کیفیت، برنامه‌ریزی و تدارکات برای هماهنگی عملیاتی بهینه

شرایط احراز:

حداقل 8 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در صنایع تولیدی یا کارخانه‌ای، با 3 سال تجربه مدیریتی در حوزه فنی
مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی یا بالاتر در یکی از رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، برق، تاسیسات یا مهندسی صنایع
تسلط بر اصول TPM، RCM و مدیریت چرخه عمر تجهیزات (Asset Management)
آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای مهندسی مانند AutoCAD، SolidWorks، نرم‌افزارهای تحلیل ارتعاش/سیالات/تنش
تسلط بر سیستم‌های اتوماسیون صنعتی، اینورترها، PLC (Siemens/Delta/ABB) و تجهیزات برق صنعتی
تجربه اجرایی در طراحی، ساخت یا راه‌اندازی خطوط تولید مکانیزه
تسلط به مدیریت تیم‌های چندرشته‌ای، اولویت‌بندی کارها و کنترل پروژه‌های فنی
آشنایی با استانداردهای ایمنی صنعتی، ISO 50001 (مدیریت انرژی)، ISO 45001 و مقررات ملی ساختمان
توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های دقیق مدیریتی و تحلیل‌محور (فنی، مالی و بهره‌وری)
مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی، قدرت رهبری، تصمیم‌گیری و حل مسئله در سطوح عملیاتی و استراتژیک

An active factory in the field of industrial production invites experienced and capable attitudes to cooperate in the technical and technical operations of engineering units.

Specialized task description:

Management and guidance of all technical and engineering units including electricity, mechanics, installations, repairs
Developing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs (PM), corrective (CM) and predictor (PDM) within the framework of maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Evaluation of key equipment status and providing analytical solutions to increase OEE (Overall Effect Effectivision)
Directing engineering projects including production line automation, process optimization, renovation of machinery and reducing energy consumption
Investigating Technical Performance Data, Root Analysis of Disruptions (RCA) and Implementation of Long -Term Solutions
Monitoring the design and implementation of infrastructure projects and the development of factory installations
Management of Engineering Teams: Determining Functional Indicators (KPI), Training, Evaluation and Motivation of Technical Forces
Providing documentation processes, managing spare parts, technical warehouse inventory control and reducing unwanted stops
Ensure HSE standards, national building regulations, electrical and mechanical safety
Participate in management strategic sessions, providing technical analytical reports and consulting to senior management
Effective communication with production units, quality assurance, planning and logistics for optimal operational coordination

Conditions:

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or factory industries, with 5 years of technical management experience
Undergraduate or higher degree in one of the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical, installation or industrial engineering
Mastery of TPM, RCM and Asset Management Cycle Management
Full familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, Vibration/Fluid/Tension Analysis Software
Mastery of industrial automation systems, inverters, PLC (Siemens/Delta/ABB) and industrial power equipment
Experience in designing, manufacturing or setting up mechanized production lines
Multiplication of multidisciplinary team management, prioritization of tasks and technical project control
Introduction to Industrial Safety Standards, ISO 50001 (Energy Management), ISO 45001 and National Building Regulations
The ability to prepare accurate managerial and analytical reports (technical, financial and productivity)
Strong communication skills, leadership power, decision -making and problem -solving at operational and strategic levels
