ما به دنبال یک مدیر کنترل کیفیت با تجربه و پرانرژی برای بخش کنترل کیفیت کارخانه لبنیات هستیم؛

شرح شغل:

• بررسی و نظارت بر فرایندهای کنترل ورود حین تولید و محصول نهایی.
• مستندسازی سیستم مدیریت و محصول مطابق روش‌های اجرایی مرتبط و HACCP - ISO 9001.
• کنترل محصول نامنطبق و کنترل گزارش‌ها و داده‌ها.
• مدیریت واحد کنترل کیفیت.

شرایط احراز :

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع غذایی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری در صنایع غذایی ـ لبنیات.
• مسلط به برنامه‌ریزی و تدوین استراتژی کیفی سازمان.
• مسلط به آزمایشات و تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی.
• مسلط به دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی کنترل کیفی.
• مسلط به آزمایشات مربوط با شیرخام، محصولات لبنی خصوصاً محصولات استریل پنیر، ماست و خامه.
• خلاق ، پیگیر و منظم و دارای مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in food industry engineering or related fields
Experience: at least 10 years of experience Working in the food and dairy industries
Skills:
Proficient in planning and formulating the organization's quality strategy
Proficient in testing and laboratory equipment
Proficient in quality control guidelines and implementation methods
Mastery of tests related to raw milk, dairy products, especially sterile cheese, yogurt and cream products
Creative, persistent and orderly with communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
Check and monitor entry control processes During production and final product
