شرح شغل:

• کنترل تولید و کنترل موجودی.
• شناسایی مشکلات تولید و ارائه راهکار جهت بهبود آن.
• نظارت بر تامین مواد اولیه و مدیریت موجودی‌ها.
• بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌های عملیاتی و افزایش بهره‌وری در خط تولید.
• پیگیری مستمر فعالیت‌ها تا تحقق نتایج.
• گزارش مستمر در خصوص عملکرد تولید محصولات، ضایعات و نگهداری محصول به صورت مستمر به مدیرعامل.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی بهبود ساختار و فرایندهای داخلی کارخانه.
• توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
• توانایی حل مسئله و مدیریت بحران.
• توانایی تقسیم کار بین کارکنان زیرمجموعه.
• آشنایی با برنامه‌ریزی جهت فرآیندهای تولیدی.
• آشنایی با فرایندهای ساخت و تولید.
