معاون اجرایی مستقیماً زیر نظر مدیرعامل فعالیت می‌کند و مسئولیت هدایت، نظارت و هماهنگی کلیه واحدهای عملیاتی و پشتیبانی شرکت را برعهده دارد.
واحدهای زیرمجموعه شامل:
• مدیر عملیات دریایی و قفس‌ها
• مدیر تولید و نرسری
• مدیر فنی و بهداشتی
• مدیر پروژه و تدارکات
• مدیر تعمیر و نگهداری (برق، مکانیک، تأسیسات)

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها
• برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی و کنترل کلیه فعالیت‌های اجرایی شرکت در حوزه قفس، نرسری و عملیات پشتیبانی دریایی
• مدیریت هماهنگ منابع انسانی، فنی و تجهیزاتی در واحدهای اجرایی
• نظارت بر عملکرد بارج‌ها، قایق‌ها، غواص‌ها و کلیه تجهیزات پشتیبانی و ایمنی
• اطمینان از رعایت الزامات ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست (HSE) در تمامی فعالیت‌های اجرایی شرکت
• مشارکت فعال در بهبود فرآیندها، توسعه فناوری و ارتقای بهره‌وری تولید
• پایش مستمر عملکرد واحدهای زیرمجموعه و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیرعامل

شرایط احراز
• تحصیلات: حداقل کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت اجرایی، مهندسی شیلات، مهندسی صنایع یا رشته‌های مرتبط
• سابقه کاری: حداقل 8 سال تجربه مدیریتی یا اجرایی
• آشنایی فنی: شناخت کامل از سامانه‌های مکانیکی و الکتریکی مرتبط با تجهیزات قفس، سیستم‌های پمپاژ، تهویه و نگهداری

مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 1 ماه.
ساعت کاری: تمام وقت - به صورت توافقی..

Responsibilities: Metumahi Parsian Company
Leader in cage fish farming in the southern waters of the country
Organizational position:
Executive Deputy works directly under the supervision of the CEO and is responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating all operational and support units of the company.
Subordinate units include:
• Manager of marine and cage operations
• Manager of production and nursery
• Technical and sanitary manager
• Project manager and procurement
• Maintenance manager (electricity, mechanics, facilities)

Description of duties and responsibilities
• Planning, organizing and controlling all executive activities of the company in the field of cages, nurseries and marine support operations
• Coordinated management of human, technical and equipment resources in executive units
• Monitoring the performance of barges, boats, divers and all support and safety equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health requirements and environment (HSE) in all the executive activities of the company
• Active participation in process improvement, technology development and production productivity improvement
• Continuous monitoring of the performance of the sub-units and providing analytical reports to the CEO

Qualification requirements
• Education: at least a master’s degree in executive management, fisheries engineering, industrial engineering or related fields
• Work experience: at least 8 years of managerial or executive experience
• Technical familiarity: complete knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems related to cage equipment, pumping, ventilation and maintenance systems
