مدیر کارخانه | Factory Manager

پیش نیازها :
- داشتن حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در کارخانجات صنایع غذایی ترجیحاً نوشیدنی.
- آشنایی با ماشین آلات زنجیره پلاستیک شامل تزریق، بادکن و اکسترودر.
- آشنایی با ماشین آلات پرکن و بسته بندی.
- آشنایی با اصول انبارداری و ترابری.
- آشنایی با تاسیسات صنعتی.
- آشنایی با نگهداری و تعمیرات.
- آشنایی با برنامه ریزی تولید.
- آشنایی با ایزو 9001.
- آشنایی با مدیریت ریسک و فرصت ها.
- آشنایی با مدیریت بحران.

مسئولیتها :
· شناسایی فرآیندهای سازمان و تعیین شاخص های پایش و اندازه گیری آن.
· پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود جهت اثربخشی سیستم مدیریتی.
· برنامه ریزی کلان تولید و مواد اولیه و نظارت بر اجرای آن.
· همکاری در تدوین طرح کیفیت محصول شامل دستورالعمل های تولید، کنترل کیفیت و نگهداری محصول.
· پیگیری انجام اقدام اصلاحی یا پیشگیرانه به منظور حذف عدم انطباق بالفعل یا بالقوه.
· بررسی نتایج پایش و اندازه گیری فرآیندهای مرتبط با کارخانه و اقدام جهت بهبود.
· ارتباط با پیمانکاران مرتبط با تولید یا کارخانه در خصوص الزامات مرتبط با محصول یا خدمات.
· نظارت مستمر بر تولید محصولات با کیفیت مطابق برنامه تولید اعلام شده .
· نظارت مستمر بر فعالیت های نگهداری و تعمیرات ماشین آلات و تجهیزات.
· نظارت بر ورود و خروج کالا از انبار.
· نظارت بر اجرای استانداردهای تدوین شده برای فرآیندهای مختلف کارخانه.
· نظارت بر رعایت دقیق مقررات ایمنی و HSE.

Prerequisites:
- Having at least ten years of relevant work experience in the food industry factories preferably.
- Introduction to plastic chain machines including injections, balloons and extruders.
- Introduction to filling and packaging machines.
- Introduction to the principles of warehousing and transportation.
- Introduction to industrial installations.
- Familiar with maintenance and repairs.
- Introduction to production planning.
- Introduction to ISO 9001.
- Introduction to risk management and opportunities.
- Introduction to crisis management.

Responsibilities:
· Identify the organization's processes and determine the monitoring and measurement indicators.
· Offer improvement strategies for the effectiveness of the management system.
· Macro -production and raw materials planning and monitoring its implementation.
· Collaborate on product quality planning including production instructions, quality control and product maintenance.
· Follow -up corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential compliance.
· Investigating the results of monitoring and measuring factory -related processes and action to improve.
· Contact contractors related to production or factory regarding the requirements of the product or service.
· Continuous monitoring of quality products in accordance with the declared production plan.
· Continuous monitoring of the maintenance and maintenance activities of machinery and equipment.
· Monitor the entry and exit of the goods from the warehouse.
· Monitoring the implementation of the standards formulated for different factory processes.
· Supervision of careful observance of safety regulations and HSE.
