مسئولیت ها و وظایف:

• از دانش و مهارت های پزشکی برای تشخیص و پیشگیری استفاده کنید. مشاوره های سرپایی و بستری را انجام دهید ، و درمان لازم را برای احترام به پروتکل های MSF انجام دهید.
• بیمار و یا خانواده خود را در مورد بیماری آگاه نگه دارید و توضیحات مناسبی در مورد درمان را ارائه دهید ، و بررسی کرده اند.
• پیگیری تکامل بیماران بستری/IDP ، از طریق ویزیت های روزانه ، مشاوره و معاینات ، تجویز درمان لازم به دنبال پروتکل های MSF ، تصمیم گیری در مورد اینکه آیا می توان آنها را مرخص کرد یا به بخش های دیگر منتقل شد- با همکاری سایر پزشکان- و اطلاع رسانی به خانواده خود در مورد تکامل بیمار.
• توزیع منطقی داروها و تجهیزات تحت مسئولیت خود را بررسی و کنترل کنید و از کیفیت ، ضد عفونی و عقیم سازی مواد پزشکی مراقبت کنید. اطمینان از رعایت عمومی با استانداردهای بهداشتی ایستاده.
• در جمع آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده های اپیدمیولوژیک ، بررسی اعتبار آن و اطلاع رسانی به مدیر خط یا هماهنگ کننده پروژه در مورد هرگونه مشکل یا عارضه بیماری بیماران ، خطای پزشکی و نظارت بر عملکرد مناسب بخش ، تجهیزات یا مواد.
• از آموزش مداوم تیم چند رشته پزشکی/پیراپزشکی به منظور بهینه سازی کیفیت مراقبت اطمینان حاصل کنید.
• همه پروتکل های پزشکی MSF را می شناسد و تضمین می کند ، بررسی های احتیاطی جهانی در همه زمان ها و کاهش خطرات زیستی و بهبود کنترل عفونت دنبال می شوند. اطمینان از محرمانه بودن حرفه ای را تضمین می کند.
• تیم را تحت مسئولیت مستقیم خود مطابق با سیاست ها و رویه های MSF مدیریت کنید ، نظارت بر عملکرد آنها ، سازماندهی و برنامه ریزی شیفت ها و چرخش ها ، مستقیماً در شرایط اضطراری و در صورت لزوم شرکت کنید.

مسئولیت های خاص برای این نقش:
• استفاده از دانش و مهارت های پزشکی خود برای ارائه مشاوره پزشکی ، معاینه فیزیکی و تحقیقات بیشتر تشخیصی ، تشخیص و تجویز درمان لازم با احترام به پروتکل های MSF برای بیماران شرکت کننده در کلینیک. مشارکت مستقیم در صورت بروز موارد اضطراری ضروری است. او تضمین می کند که محرمانه بودن حرفه ای و اخلاق پزشکی کاملاً رعایت شده است. احترام و رعایت SOP های معتبر. وی در صورت کشف هرگونه پرونده ارجاع در هنگام ارائه مشاوره پزشکی ، به پزشک مراجعه کننده MSF به موقع اطلاع می دهد. تثبیت و مراجعه به موقع بیماران ناپایدار. در این زمینه با سیاست ارجاع آشنا شوید.
• درگیر در MHGAP و همکاری با روانشناس در مراقبت از سلامت روان از بیماران ما باشید. اطمینان از رعایت عمومی با استانداردهای بهداشتی ایستاده.
• اطلاعات مناسب در مورد بیماری بیمار به ویژه NCD که نیاز به درمان طولانی مدت دارد ، ارائه دهید.
• مستندات مناسب از یادداشت ها/پرونده های بیمار ، ثبت نام ها ، نسخه ها و غیره در جمع آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پزشکی اپیدمیولوژیک ، بررسی/اطمینان از صحت آن و اطلاع رسانی به مدیر خط/MAM یا PROCE PMR از هرگونه خطای یا مشکلات پزشکی شرکت کنید.
• به منظور بهینه سازی مراقبت از کیفیت بیماران ، در آموزش کار در مورد کارکنان پزشکی/پیراپزشکی کلینیک ، در صورت درخواست پروژه MAM/PMR ، کمک می کند. درگیر و مشارکت فعالانه ، تجویز منطقی داروهای تجویز شده برای بیماران ما.
• شرکت در آموزش های پزشکی که توسط MSF در MSF انجام شده است ، از PHCC در کرمان پشتیبانی می کند تا ظرفیت خود را تقویت کند و کیفیت مراقبت را بهبود بخشد.
• در صورت لزوم به دنبال پشتیبانی از طریق Telemedicne است. او به جنبه های اداری نیازهای کاری ، از جمله احترام به ساعات کار (به موقع در حضور در کلینیک و ترک کلینیک) احترام می گذارد ، و به موقع MSF PMR را در صورت غیبت قابل توجیه اطلاع می دهد.

وظایف فوق با توجه به ویژگی MSF و تکامل احتمالی که می تواند با گذشت زمان از طریق سازگاری مأموریت رخ دهد ، جامع نیست. در نتیجه ، می توان از کارهای دیگر خواسته شد تا مأموریت بهینه عمل کند. تخصص یا آموزش مطلوب در NCD و بیماریهای عفونی

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Apply medical knowledge and skills to diagnose and prevention. Carry out outpatient and inpatient consultations, prescribing the necessary treatment respecting MSF protocols.
• Keep the patient and/or his/her family informed about the illness and provide appropriate explanations about the treatment to follow, checking they have understood.
• Follow up the evolution of the hospitalized/IDP patients, through daily visits, consultations and examinations, prescribing the necessary treatment following MSF protocols, deciding whether they can be discharged or transferred to other departments – in collaboration with other doctors- and informing their family about the patient’s evolution.
• Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under his/her responsibility and take care the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material. Assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards.
• Participate in the collection and analysis of epidemiological data, checking its validity and informing the line manager or project coordinator about any problem or complication of the patients illness, medical error and monitors the proper functioning of the department, equipment or material.
• Ensure ongoing training of the medical/paramedical multidisciplinary team in order to optimize the quality of care.
• Knows and ensures all MSF medical protocols are followed and implemented, checking universal precautions are followed at all times and reducing bio-hazard risks and improving infection control. Ensures professional confidentiality is respected.
• Manage the team under his/her direct responsibility according to MSF HR policies and procedures, supervising their performance, organizing and scheduling shifts and rotations, directly participating in emergencies and on calls if necessary.

Specific Accountabilities for the Role:

• To apply his/her medical knowledge and skills to provide medical consultation, physical examination & required further diagnostic investigations, diagnose and prescribe necessary treatment, respecting MSF protocols to patients attending the clinic. Direct participation in case of emergencies is essential. She/he ensures professional confidentiality and medical ethics are entirely respected. Respect and comply with validated SOPs.
• The PDA assigned Physician will work closely with MSF referral doctors on the day-to-day referrals from PHCC to referral facilities identified. She/he informs the MSF referral doctor promptly if any referral case is discovered while providing medical consultation. Stabilization and timely referral of unstable patients. Familiarize yourself with the referral policy in this regard.
• Follow and implement all MSF protocols, particularly the rational use of all medications.
• Be involved in the mhGAP and collaborate with psychologists on the mental health care of our patients.
• Provision of comprehensive SV care according to MSF SV protocol..
• Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under his/her responsibility and take care of the quality, disinfection, and sterilization of the medical material.
• Assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards.
• Provide appropriate information about the illness of the patient, especially the NCD that requires long-term treatment.
• Proper documentation of patient notes/files, registers, prescriptions, etc. Participate in the collection and analysis of epidemiological medical data, checking/ensuring its accuracy and informing the line manager/MAM or Project PMR of any medical error or problems.
• Contributes to the on-the-job training of the medical/paramedical staff of the clinic, if requested by Project MAM/PMR, in order to optimize patient care quality. Be involved and actively contribute to, rational prescription of medications prescribed for our patients.
• Participates in medical trainings conducted by MSF in MSF-supported PHCCs in Kerman to strengthen their capacity and improve the quality of care.
• Collaborate on daily medical tasks with all medical personnel employed by MOH, PDA and MSF, in the MSF's supported PHCC in Kerman.
• Seeks support via TELEMEDICINE when needed.
• Respects the MSF-prepared weekly and monthly work schedule and promptly notifies the project PMR if unable to attend the clinic for a justifiable reason. She/he shall respect the administrative aspects of working requirements, including respecting the working hours (being on time in attending the clinic and leaving the clinic), informing the MSF PMR in case of justifiable absence.
• Ensures professional confidentiality of our patients.
• Do any other tasks assigned to you by your supervisor.

The tasks above are not exhaustive regarding the specificity of MSF and possible evolution that could occur over time through adaptation of the mission. Consequently, other tasks can be assigned to allow the mission to function optimally.

Requirements:

• Education: A Medical Doctor diploma is essential; desirable specialization or training in NCD and Infectious diseases.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a medical doctor or in clinical work (can be within medical training).
• Languages: English and Farsi are essential.
• Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel).
