Join our innovative team at Visapick as a Mid-Level Python Developer! We are looking for a talented developer with a strong grasp of Python web frameworks and a deep understanding of RESTful architecture and design patterns. You will contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and FastAPI.
- Implement robust RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end technologies.
- Employ advanced design patterns to enhance modularity and scalability of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols.
Must Haves:
- Strong knowledge in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web development with a strong understanding of Django, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with its ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of design patterns and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with Docker and be able to dockerize projects
- Experience with Celery and message brokers such as RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with database technology such as PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves:
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
