شما مسئول پایداری و scale زیرساخت تولید محتوای دیجیتال با مدل‌های سنگین AI هستید. با توجه به نیاز جهانی و ایران به تولید سریع و ارزان محتوا، این نقش مستقیماً در مرز دانش MLOps و هوش مصنوعی مولتی‌مدال قرار دارد.

مسئولیت‌ها
• طراحی و راه‌اندازی پایپلاین end-to-end تولید محتوای دیجیتال با AI
• پیاده‌سازی اتوماسیون اجرای jobها - روشن/خاموش کردن instanceها، زمان‌بندی و queue
• مانیتورینگ GPU و منابع برای حداکثر کارایی و کنترل هزینه
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم AI برای تست مدل‌ها و بررسی artifacts
• مستندسازی و بهبود پایدار pipeline
• ارائه راهکارهای scale-up و بهینه‌سازی multi-GPU

مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌ها
• تجربه با cloud GPU providers - Vast.ai، RunPod، Lambda Labs یا مشابه
• آشنایی با ابزارهای orchestration - Kubernetes، Docker، Airflow، Prefect
• تجربه اجرای مدل‌های AI multi-modal
• توانایی بهینه‌سازی مصرف GPU و memory management
• آشنایی با CI/CD و ابزارهای monitoring - Prometheus، Grafana یا مشابه
• مهارت کار تیمی، نظم، مسئولیت‌پذیری و انگیزه بالا

مهارت‌های امتیازی
• تست پایپلاین با PyTest یا Great Expectations
• مستندسازی زیرساخت با MkDocs یا Sphinx

Experience level: intermediate to senior

job position
You are responsible for the stability and scale of the digital content production infrastructure with heavy AI models. Considering the global and Iranian need for fast and cheap content production, this role is directly on the border of MLOps knowledge and multimodal artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
• Designing and setting up an end-to-end pipeline of digital content production with AI
• Implementation of job execution automation - turning on/off instances, scheduling and queue
• GPU and resource monitoring for maximum performance and cost control
• Working closely with the AI team to test models and check artifacts
• Documentation and sustainable improvement of the pipeline
• Providing scale-up solutions and multi-GPU optimization

Skills and competencies
• Experience with cloud GPU providers - Vast.ai, RunPod, Lambda Labs or similar
Familiarity with orchestration tools - Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow, Prefect
• Experience in implementing multi-modal AI models
• The ability to optimize GPU usage and memory management
• Familiarity with CI/CD and monitoring tools - Prometheus, Grafana or similar
• Team work skills, discipline, responsibility and high motivation

Bonus skills
• Pipeline testing with PyTest or Great Expectations
• Infrastructure documentation with MkDocs or Sphinx
