شرکت آوا تجارت صبا در صنعت FMCG به دنبال یک مدیر مالی ارشد با تجربه و دید استراتژیک در کرمانشاه است تا تیم مالی یکی از کارخانه ها را هدایت کند و در تصمیم‌گیری‌های کلان سازمان نقش کلیدی ایفا کند. این موقعیت نیازمند فردی با حداقل 15 سال تجربه حرفه‌ای در مدیریت مالی و حسابداری، تحلیل مالی پیشرفته و برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و همچنین سطح زبان انگلیسی عالی برای تعامل با شرکای بین‌المللی و گزارش‌دهی به هیئت‌مدیره است.
*وظایف کلیدی:
• مدیریت کامل عملکرد مالی شرکت شامل حسابداری، بودجه‌بندی، کنترل هزینه و گزارش‌دهی مدیریتی
• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی بلندمدت و کوتاه‌مدت
• تحلیل پیشرفته مالی، ارزیابی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری
• هدایت فرآیندهای نقدینگی، جریان وجوه و مدیریت سرمایه در گردش
• اطمینان از انطباق کامل با استانداردهای بین‌المللی مالی (IFRS) و قوانین مالیاتی
• ارائه مشاوره مالی به مدیریت ارشد و هیئت‌مدیره برای تصمیم‌گیری‌های استراتژیک
• هدایت و توسعه تیم مالی با تمرکز بر بهینه‌سازی عملکرد و بهره‌وری
*مهارت‌ها و تخصص‌ها:
• مدیریت مالی کلان و برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک در محیط‌های FMCG یا صنایع مشابه
• تحلیل مالی پیشرفته، گزارش‌دهی مدیریتی و داشبوردهای KPI
• مدیریت سرمایه در گردش، جریان نقدی و ارزیابی ریسک‌های مالی
• تسلط کامل بر استانداردهای حسابداری و گزارشگری مالی بین‌المللی (IFRS)
• تجربه کار با سیستم‌های ERP پیشرفته SAP، Oracle، Microsoft Dynamics
• مهارت‌های رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های مالی چندجانبه
• توانایی ارائه گزارش‌ها و تحلیل‌های مالی به زبان انگلیسی در سطح حرفه‌ای
• تجربه مذاکره با بانک‌ها، سرمایه‌گذاران و شرکای تجاری بین‌المللی

Ava Tejarat Saba company in the FMCG industry is looking for a senior financial manager with experience and strategic vision in Kermanshah to lead the financial team of one of the factories and play a key role in the organization's macro decisions. This position requires an individual with at least 15 years of professional experience in financial management and accounting, advanced financial analysis and strategic planning, as well as an excellent level of English to interact with international partners and report to the board of directors.
*Key tasks:
• Complete management of the company's financial performance including accounting, budgeting, cost control and management reporting
• Development and implementation of long-term and short-term financial strategies
• Advanced financial analysis, risk assessment and investment opportunities
• Directing liquidity processes, funds flow and working capital management
• Ensuring full compliance with International Financial Standards (IFRS) and tax laws
• Providing financial advice to senior management and the board of directors for strategic decisions
• Leading and developing the finance team with a focus on optimizing performance and productivity
*Skills and specialties:
• Macro financial management and strategic planning in FMCG environments or similar industries
• Advanced financial analysis, management reporting and KPI dashboards
• Management of working capital, cash flow and assessment of financial risks
• Complete mastery of accounting and international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Experience working with advanced ERP systems SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
• Leadership skills and management of multi-faceted financial teams
• Ability to present financial reports and analyzes in English at a professional level
• Experience negotiating with banks, investors and international business partners
