نماینده علمی | Medical Representative

وظایف و مسئولیت ها:
تنظیم و هماهنگی ملاقات با مشتریان (پزشکان، داروخانه ها) در مراکز استان و شهرهای ماموریتی
برگزاری و سازماندهی کنفرانس ها و جلسات علمی برای پزشکان و سایر کادر درمانی
ایجاد و حفظ روابط حرفه ای و سازنده با کادر پزشکی و اداری
ثبت و نگهداری دقیق کلیه سوابق تماس ها و مکاتبات در نرم افزار CRM
برنامه‌ریزی جداول کاری و زمان‌بندی‌های هفتگی و ماهانه به منظور دستیابی به اهداف فروش سالیانه
حضور فعال در جلسات داخلی شرکت، ارائه داده‌های تخصصی
به‌روزرسانی دانش تخصصی خود با استفاده از جدیدترین داده‌های بالینی ارائه شده توسط تیم مشاوره پزشکی شرکت تفسیر، ارائه و به اشتراک گذاشتن اطلاعات بالینی با متخصصین حوزه سلامت
نظارت مستمر بر فعالیت‌ها و محصولات رقبا
گزارش‌دهی بازخوردهای مثبت و منفی پزشکان به بخش‌های بازاریابی و علمی شرکت
ارائه پیشنهادات جهت بهبود محصولات، خدمات و سیاست‌های شرکت بر اساس تحلیل نتایج و تحولات رقابتی شایستگی های تخصصی و رفتاری
دارای مدرک دامپزشکی، زیست شناسی، شیمی و سایر رشته‌های پیراپزشکی
حداقل دو سال سابقه کار در صنعت دارویی
دارای مهارت‌های برقراری ارتباط موثر، مذاکره و ارائه اطلاعات
فعال، پیگیر و دارای توانایی کار تیمی
قابلیت انجام سفرهای داخلی
تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی

Duties and Responsibilities
Organizing and coordinating meetings with clients (doctors, pharmacies) in provincial centers and mission cities
Organizing conferences and scientific meetings for doctors and other medical staff
Creating and maintaining professional and constructive relationships with medical and administrative staff
Recording and keeping accurate records of all contacts and correspondence in CRM software
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly schedules in order to achieve annual sales goals
Active participation in the company's internal meetings, providing specialized data
Updating your specialized knowledge using the latest clinical data provided by the company's medical consulting team, interpreting, presenting and sharing clinical information with health experts
Continuous monitoring of competitors' activities and products
Reporting positive and negative feedback from doctors to the company's marketing and scientific departments
Providing suggestions for improving the company's products, services and policies based on the analysis of results and competitive developments of specialized and behavioral competencies
With a degree in veterinary medicine, biology, chemistry and other paramedical fields
at least two years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
with effective communication skills, negotiation and information presentation
active, persistent and capable of team work
ability to travel internally
relative command of English language
