Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of all HR processes provided by HR department including recruitment, performance management, learning & development and etc.
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance and advise.
- Identify improvement areas & suggest related action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide practical solution based on HR procedure and structures.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and help in execution of trainings.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as an HR business partner or HR supervisor.
- Having experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Minimum Bachelor degree in management or related fields, holding a degree in HRM is a plus.
