Responsible for execution of all HR processes provided by HR department including recruitment, performance management, learning & development and etc.
Consult with line management and provide HR guidance and advise.
Identify improvement areas & suggest related action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide practical solution based on HR procedure and structures.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Identify training needs for teams and individuals and help in execution of trainings.
Requirements and skills:
Minimum 3 years of work experience as an HR business partner or HR supervisor.
Having experience in e-commerce is a plus.
Excellent people management and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Minimum Bachelor degree in management or related fields, holding a degree in HRM is a plus.
