Executive Assistant
Full-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours
We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized, and versatile Assistant Manager to work closely with the leadership team across various segments of our fast-growing startup. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates fluently in English, and is passionate about working with international clients and global operations.
This is not a routine assistant role—it’s a high-responsibility position requiring strong coordination, time management, business judgment, and excellent communication skillsin English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join the senior managers on calls and meetings with international clients, vendors, and partners.
- Follow up professionally in excellent English via email, live chat, and calls with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the leaders in managing and leading multiple ongoing business projects across different departments.
- Monitor and ensure progress on deliverables from various team members; track task completion and address blockers.
- Support in handling marketing, business development, and client outreach activities as needed.
- Draft, review, and send business communications, documents, and presentations in English.
- Assist with the daily planning, scheduling, and prioritization of the CEO’s calendar and operational tasks.
- Be available and flexible to support urgent tasks or meetings across multiple time zones.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English across all areas—speaking, writing, reading, and listening—with professional and clear communication.
- Prior experience in business operations, project coordination, client communication, or as a personal/executive assistant.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Comfort and professionalism in dealing with international clients and vendors.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive business information.
- Proficient with productivity and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft, Zoom, Slack, Trello/Asana, etc.).
- Flexible and willing to travel occasionally to meet with team members, clients, or partners if required.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a startup or fast-moving environment.
Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required):
- Additional language proficiency besides English.
- Background in sales, operations, customer support, or project management.
- Experience working in global startups or with remote teams across time zones.
