مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف کلیدی:
مدیریت و راهبری مالی
هدایت، اجرا و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های واحد مالی و حسابداری
مدیریت جریان نقدینگی (Cash Flow) و برنامه‌ریزی مالی
طراحی و اجرای کنترل‌های داخلی و فرآیندهای مالی
امور مالیاتی و قانونی
مدیریت کامل امور مالیاتی و قانونی شرکت با تضمین انطباق با قوانین جاری
تهیه، تنظیم و ارسال اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی (عملکرد، ارزش افزوده، مالیات حقوق و تکلیفی)
ثبت و ارسال گزارشات قانونی شامل معاملات فصلی، سامانه مؤدیان و سایر سامانه‌های مرتبط
مدیریت امور بیمه تأمین اجتماعی، تهیه لیست بیمه و پیگیری مفاصاحساب‌ها
حضور در جلسات رسیدگی مالیاتی و بیمه‌ای و پیگیری پرونده‌ها تا صدور و قطعیت برگ تشخیص
مذاکره و تعامل مؤثر با ممیزان مالیاتی و مراجع قانونی
شناسایی و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالیاتی و پیگیری اعتراضات در چارچوب قانون
گزارش‌دهی و تحلیل
تهیه و تحلیل صورت‌های مالی
ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی به مدیریت ارشد و هیئت‌مدیره جهت تصمیم‌گیری های کلان
تسهیلات و قراردادها
مدیریت قراردادهای مالی و اعتباری
مذاکره با بانک‌ها جهت اخذ تسهیلات و مدیریت ضمانت‌نامه‌ها
نظارت سیستمی
نظارت بر ثبت صحیح اسناد در نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری و سامانه‌های ملی (سامانه مؤدیان، سامانه جامع تجارت)
شرایط احراز و شایستگی‌ها
تحصیلات:
حداقل کارشناسی حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط (کارشناسی ارشد مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
سابقه کاری:
حداقل 7 سال سابقه کاری مفید و مرتبط (ترجیحاً در شرکت‌های معتبر و در سمت‌های سرپرستی یا مدیریتی)
دانش تخصصی:
تسلط بر استانداردهای حسابداری، اصول حسابرسی و قوانین مالی و مالیاتی روز
مهارت‌های نرم‌افزاری:
تسلط بر نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری و سامانه‌های دولتی مرتبط
مهارت‌های فردی:
توانایی رهبری تیم
ذهنیت تحلیلی و دقت بالا

We are looking for an experienced, strategic and accurate financial manager who has the ability to lead the financial team and fully supervise the organization's financial flows. If you are familiar with the principles of accounting and tax laws of Iran and have a brilliant management history, your place in our team is empty.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Financial management and leadership
Direction, implementation and supervision of all activities of the financial and accounting unit
Cash flow management and financial planning
Design and implementation of internal controls and financial processes
Tax and legal affairs
Complete management of the company's tax and legal affairs By guaranteeing compliance with current laws
preparing, preparing and sending tax returns (performance, added value, salary and duty tax)
registering and sending legal reports including quarterly transactions, taxpayer system and other related systems
managing social security insurance matters, preparing insurance lists and following up settlements
attending tax and insurance hearings and following up cases until the issuance and confirmation of the certificate
negotiation and effective interaction with tax auditors and Legal authorities
Identification and management of tax risks and follow-up of objections within the framework of the law
Reporting and analysis
Preparation and analysis of financial statements
Presentation of management reports to senior management and the board of directors for macro-decisions
Facilities and contracts
Management of financial and credit contracts
Negotiation with banks to obtain facilities and management of guarantees
System supervision
Supervision of the correct registration of documents in the software Accounting software and national systems (Madiyan System, Comprehensive Trade System)
Eligibility Requirements
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage)
Work experience:
At least 7 years of useful and relevant work experience (preferably in reputable companies and in supervisory or managerial positions)
Specialized knowledge:
Mastery of standards Accounting, auditing principles and current financial and tax laws
Software skills:
Mastery of accounting software and related government systems
Individual skills:
Ability to lead a team
