Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Drive organizational development and culture-building initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent
- Build a strong employer brand and improve candidate experience
- Support managers in creating and refining job descriptions and hiring plans
Performance Management & Development
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
- Identify training needs and organize learning & development programs
- Support career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and retention
- Conduct stay interviews and lead employee satisfaction surveys
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and policy updates
