This is a full-time remote job, with 173 hours per month and your work will be tracked using the Time Doctor platform. 

Fluent English communication skills are a must. (Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading)
Location: Remote (Based in Vancouver, Canada time zone)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee benefits programs and liaise with insurance providers
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
  • Conduct training sessions on various HR topics as needed
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
English Communication Skills Requirement: Fluent English communication skills are essential for this position.
