Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs and liaise with insurance providers
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
