ما در روبهراه به عنوان یک شرکت استارتاپی موفق و پیشرو در توسعهی نرمافزارهای B2B، به دنبال یک طراح محصول (Product Designer) باتجربه هستیم که تجربهی واقعی در فهم و تحلیل رفتار مشتریان، حل مسئله و طراحی محصول و کار در کنار تیم توسعهی محصول داشته باشه. این نقش برای فردی مناسبه که از چالشهای توسعهی محصول در فازهای نسبتا اولیهی توسعهی اون و شکلدهی به آیندهی محصول لذت میبره. جزئیات این موقعیت شغلی به شکل زیرن:
مسئولیتها:
مشارکت فعال در فرآیند Discovery و شناخت دقیق نیاز کاربران
انجام ریسرچ کمی و کیفی، تحلیل داده و رقبا
طراحی جریانها، وایرفریمها و UI متناسب با نیازهای مختلف
ساخت، توسعه و نگهداری Design System
همکاری روزانه با Business Line Owner و تیم محصول
ارائه Case Study برای تصمیمگیری بهتر
تحویل خروجیهای کامل، دقیق و تستشده
مهارتها و شرایط مورد نیاز:
حداقل 3 سال تجربه در طراحی محصول
توانایی تعامل و ارتباطات حرفهای در تیم
تسلط کامل بر Figma
آشنایی با ابزارهای Prototype
تفکر انتقادی، ساختاریافته و مهارت حل مسئله
Ownership بالا، یادگیری سریع و جسارت در ارائه و تصمیمگیری
تسلط مناسب به زبان انگلیسی
شرایط همکاری:
تماموقت، حضوری — تهران، طرشت (برج فناوری شریف)
روزهای کاری از شنبه تا چهارشنبه با امکان 2 ساعت شناوری

At Rooberah, As a fast-growing startup developing B2B software products, we’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team. We need someone who genuinely understands users, enjoys solving real problems, and has hands-on experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
This role is a great fit for someone who loves working on early-stage product challenges and shaping the future of a product from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to product discovery and deeply understand user needs
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, analyze data and competitors
Design user flows, wireframes, and UI for various scenarios
Build, maintain, and improve the Design System
Collaborate daily with the Business Line Owner and product team
Prepare clear case studies to support decision-making
Deliver complete, accurate, and well-tested design outputs
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in product design
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent command of Figma
Comfortable with prototyping tools
Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and creativity
High ownership and fast learning; not afraid to propose or defend ideas
Good command of English
Work Conditions:
Full-time, on-site — Tehran, Tarasht (Sharif Technology Tower)
Working days: Saturday to Wednesday; Flexible hours with 2-hour daily float
