Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO & M.A.G (Measurement, Analysis, Growth) strategy
Plan, monitor, and optimize SEO performance based on defined KPIs and OKRs
Manage and optimize On-site and Off-site SEO initiatives at scale
Design and implement a robust keyword discovery strategy for category, product, and content pages
Develop and manage link-building and digital PR strategies
Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, JS SEO, etc.)
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement SEO improvements
Analyse performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and professional SEO platforms
Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
Lead, mentor, and evaluate SEO team members
Prepare clear analytical and executive-level SEO reports
Requirements & Qualifications
4–6+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in large-scale websites or eCommerce)
Strong expertise in Technical SEO
Proven experience with large-scale SEO and high-URL-count websites
Advanced knowledge of SEO and analytics tools
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and updates
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with Product SEO is a plus
