About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end user experience of our digital products bringing together research, strategy, and design to create intuitive, impactful, and delightful solutions. You will not only craft experiences but also guide and mentor other designers, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive business and user success.
What You’ll Do
User Research & Insights
- Plan, design, and execute qualitative research (interviews, ethnographic studies, user diaries) to uncover actionable insights.
- Translate findings into frameworks and artefacts such as personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and affinity diagrams.
- Validate design decisions through usability testing, A/B testing, talk-aloud protocols, and focus group discussions.
Experience & Interaction Design
- Design user experiences across web, mobile (iOS & Android), and hybrid platforms.
- Create and evolve information architecture, task flows, interaction patterns, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Apply design principles and systems thinking, including heuristics, affordances, atomic design systems, and UX laws.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops (e.g., Design Sprints, ideation sessions) to align teams around solutions.
- Collaborate with data science, analytics, product management, and engineering to integrate insights into product decisions.
- Present design interventions and research findings to senior stakeholders and business units to secure buy-in.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and constructive critique to other designers.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD (Figma preferred).
- Proven experience applying qualitative research methodologies and synthesizing results into design strategies.
- Strong understanding of implementation and measurement challenges in cross-platform product development.
- Track record of working effectively in multi-functional teams and influencing product direction.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and inspire stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with quantitative research and analytics-driven design decisions.
- Familiarity with design systems at scale and their governance.
- Workshop facilitation experience beyond Design Sprints (e.g., service design workshops).
