شرح شغل:

• به‌روزرسانی گزارش هزینه‌های واقعی و نظارت و کنترل عملکرد آن به طور مداوم و پیش‌بینی بودجه و تأثیر آن بر هزینه‌ها.
• پیاده‌سازی ابزارها و روش‌های کنترل پروژه.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و ساخت گزارش‌ها برای پشتیبانی از نظارت بر پروژه.
• تولید منحنی‌های پیش‌بینی بر اساس برنامه بارگذاری شده در منابع.
• ایجاد و حفظ برنامه‌های کاری برای پیش‌بینی بودجه پروژه و مقایسه آن با بودجه از جمله تجزیه‌وتحلیل ارزش به‌دست آمده در صورت لزوم.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با تهیه صورت وضعیت، لایحه تاخیرات و کلیم.
• مسلط به مباحث مرتبط با فهرست بهاء.
• مسلط به قراردادها و پیمان‌های EPC.

Job description:
Update the actual cost report and monitor and control its performance continuously and forecast. Budget and its impact on costs. Implementation of project control tools and methods. Analyzing and analyzing data and creating reports to support project monitoring. Producing forecast curves based on the schedule loaded in resources. Creating and maintaining schedules. Work to forecast the budget of the project and Comparing it with the budget, including the analysis of the value obtained if necessary.
Conditions for certification:
Familiar with the preparation of the status report, the delay bill, and the blanket. Proficient in the topics related to the price list. Proficient in contracts EPC.
