وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر اجرای استراتژی‌ها و اهداف سازمان
گزارش‌دهی مستقیم به مدیرعامل و پیگیری امور اجرایی
مدیریت و هماهنگی واحدهای مختلف سازمان و بهبود فرایندهای داخلی
تهیه و تحلیل گزارش‌های عملکردی و ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی
مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌های کلان سازمان
توسعه همکاری‌ها، قراردادها و ارتباطات تجاری
نظارت بر کنترل کیفیت (QC) محصولات در حین تولید جهت اطمینان از انطباق با استانداردها
نظارت و رسیدگی بر فرآیند تولید کارخانه
شایستگی‌های عمومی :
حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریت یا سمت‌های مشابه
تسلط به زبان انگلیسی
توانایی مدیریت تیم و مذاکره حرفه‌ای
آشنایی با نظام آراستگی (5S)
تسلط به برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت پروژه و گزارش‌دهی
توانایی تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط پیچیده و بحرانی
روابط عمومی قوی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و روحیه رهبری بالا
آشنایی با مفاهیم مدیریت زمان
مسلط به تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات و گزارشات سازمانی
مسلط به مهارت‌های کامپیوتری – آفیس
شایستگی‌های تخصصی :
آشنایی به الزامات صنعت خودرو در حوزه بازرگانی و تولید
مسلط به روش‌های زمان سنجی و ظرفیت سنجی خطوط تولیدی
مسلط به الگوهای چیدمان خطوط تولیدی
مسلط به مدل‌های مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی موجودی‌ها
مسلط به تکنیک‌های کمی پیش بینی فروش
سابقه فعالیت در صنعت خودرو سازی و آشنایی به زبان چینی مزیت محسوب میشود.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and monitoring the implementation of the organization's strategies and goals
Reporting directly to the CEO and following up on executive affairs
Managing and coordinating various organizational units and improving internal processes
Preparing and analyzing performance reports and providing executive solutions
Participating in the organization's macro decisions
Developing partnerships, contracts and business relationships
Supervising the quality control (QC) of products during production to ensure compliance with Standards
Monitoring and managing the factory production process
General skills:
At least 5 years of management experience or similar positions
Proficiency in English
Ability to manage teams and professional negotiation
Familiarity with the grooming system (5S)
Proficiency in planning, project management and reporting
Ability to make decisions in complex and critical situations
Strong public relations, responsibility and high leadership spirit
Familiarity With time management concepts
Proficient in information analysis and organizational reports
Proficient in computer-office skills
Specialized skills:
Familiarity with the requirements of the automotive industry in the field of commerce and production
Proficient in time measurement and capacity measurement methods of production lines
Proficient in production line layout patterns
Proficient in inventory management and planning models
Proficient in quantitative sales forecasting techniques
Previous Being active in the automotive industry and knowing the Chinese language is an advantage.
