مسئولیت‌ها:

• مدیریت و نگهداری از زیرساخت‌های IT شامل شبکه، سرورها و سیستم‌های امنیتی.
• ارزیابی و اجرای راهکارهای نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری برای بهبود فرآیندهای سازمانی.
• نظارت بر عملکرد سیستم‌های IT و اطمینان از دسترس‌پذیری، امنیت و کارایی آن‌ها.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای رفع مشکلات فنی و بهبود تجربه کاربران.
• اجرای پروژه‌های IT در راستای اهداف استراتژیک شرکت.
• شناسایی و پیش‌بینی نیازهای فناوری سازمان و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های فناوری اطلاعات، مهندسی کامپیوتر یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه IT ترجیحاً در نقش‌های مدیریتی.
• مسلط به شبکه‌ها، سرورها، سیستم‌های امنیتی و پشتیبانی فنی.
• تجربه کار با سیستم‌های ERP و نرم‌افزارهای مدیریتی.
• توانایی کار تیمی، حل مسائل پیچیده و مهارت در مدیریت زمان.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی (مزیت محسوب می‌شود).

Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure including network, servers and security systems< br>Evaluating and implementing software and hardware solutions to improve organizational processes
Monitoring the performance of IT systems and ensuring their availability, security and efficiency
Collaborating with different teams to solve technical problems and improve user experience
Executing IT projects in line with the company's strategic goals
Identifying and forecasting the organization's technology needs and providing suitable solutions
Eligibility requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer engineering or other fields Related
At least 5 years of work experience in the field of IT, preferably in managerial roles
Proficiency in networks, servers, security systems and technical support
Experience with ERP systems and management software
