مسئولیت ها:
- ارتباط با مشتریان و جلب رضایت آنها
- پیگیری سفارشات و ارائه خدمات پس از فروش
- شناسایی نیازهای مشتریان و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب
- مدیریت فرآیند فروش از آغاز تا پایان
- تهیه و ارائه گزارشات فروش دوره‌ای به مدیریت

شایستگی ها:
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی برقراری ارتباط اثر بخش با مشتریان
- توانایی کار گروهی و همکاری با سایر دپارتمان‌ها
- آشنایی با اصول و مبانی فروش و بازاریابی
- توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف
- ظاهر آراسته و توانایی ایجاد تأثیر مثبت بر مشتریان

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and satisfy them
- Follow up on orders and provide after-sales services
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage the sales process from start to finish
- Prepare and submit periodical sales reports to management
