The Role
We're seeking a creative and analytical mind to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst. In this role, you'll dive deep into our customer data, uncover valuable insights, and help shape our CRM's AI-powered features. You'll be part of developing sophisticated analytics solutions that drive business value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to extract meaningful insights from large-scale customer datasets
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that tell compelling data stories
- Create and optimise data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis
- Collaborate with the development team to implement AI/ML features within our CRM platform
- Identify patterns and trends in user behaviour to enhance customer segmentation capabilities
- Provide recommendations for product improvements based on data insights
- Document analytical processes and maintain data quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in MongoDB, including complex querying, aggregation pipelines, and optimisation techniques
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages for data analysis and manipulation
- Extensive experience with data visualisation tools and BI platforms
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and Machine Learning concepts
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and their practical applications in business contexts
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and distributed systems
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and customer behaviour analysis
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design
- Background in customer relationship management systems
- Experience with real-time analytics and streaming data
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
