We’re seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with a proven track record in scaling organic traffic in competitive industries, especially across international markets and complex site structures. This role demands a data-driven strategist who is hands-on, technically proficient, and always ahead of Google’s evolving landscape—including Core Updates, Discover, and the latest AI Overview impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SEO Strategy Development
Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for international growth, aligning with business goals in the travel and booking industry. - Technical SEO & Site Architecture
Build and optimize scalable site structures with a strong foundation in crawlability, indexation, and rendering. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers. - AI Overview & Google Discover Optimization
Develop and execute strategies to optimize content and technical structure for Google's AI Overview, Discover, and other emerging SERP features. - Performance Analysis & Reporting
Conduct in-depth audits using tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GTmetrix, and PageSpeed Insights. Translate findings into actionable insights and clear documentation. - On-Page & Off-Page SEO Excellence
Drive continuous improvements to content optimization, internal linking, backlinks, and digital PR/reportage strategies for authority building. - Content Strategy & Collaboration
Work with editorial, design, and marketing teams to produce search-intent-driven content that ranks and converts, in perfect alignment with user needs. - Documentation & Communication
Produce high-quality technical documentation in English. Communicate SEO recommendations clearly across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Multilingual: Knowledge of CWV optimization, and multilingual SEO challenges
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in competitive industries like travel, e-commerce, or SaaS
- Deep understanding of Google Core Updates, algorithm trends, AI integration, and ranking signals
- Demonstrated success in growing organic traffic via Google Discover, news surfaces, and long-tail content
- Strong technical background and experience with large-scale websites and international SEO
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), with strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience in backlink acquisition, outreach campaigns, and digital PR initiatives
Nice to Have:
- Experience with travel/booking platforms or marketplaces
- Familiarity with headless CMS and modern web technologies (Next.js, React, etc.)
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR)
