At Miare, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Management Specialist, to support the coordination and execution of company projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Strategy Manager and cross-functional teams to help plan, track, and organize ongoing initiatives. You’re expected to ensure projects move forward smoothly, meetings are well-documented, and progress is clearly visible.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of company projects in collaboration with department managers.
 - Document and follow up on meeting actions, decisions, and deliverables.
 - Update project statuses and workflows in tools like Jira or Notion.
 - Support the collection and organization of OKR/KPI data for reporting.
 - Identify and flag coordination or timing issues and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
 - Prepare clear visual summaries and progress reports for management.
 - Facilitate communication between teams to maintain alignment on goals and priorities.
 
Role Complexity
This role blends structured execution, analytical clarity, and strong communication. The ideal candidate can keep multiple workstreams organized, present information visually, and ensure decisions move smoothly to action in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in project/program coordination, business analysis, or process support.
 - Solid command of Jira; familiarity with Notion, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.
 - Familiar with AI tools for productivity and reporting.
 - Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with working knowledge of Google Docs/Slides or PowerPoint for report creation and presentation.
 - Understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and project lifecycles (SDLC).
 - Strong documentation and follow-up habits; clear written communication.
 - Familiarity with BABOK and problem solving techniques.
 - Familiarity with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
 
Skills

 - Ability to create simple visual dashboards/reports for non-technical audiences.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, IT, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).
