Junior Business Data Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven Junior Business Data Analyst to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources.

   

• Build and maintain live dashboards in Metabase using SQL queries and Google Sheets.

   

• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.

   

• Support business case development and process optimization initiatives.

   

• Document business requirements and collaborate with commercial teams to improve performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools, concepts, and process improvement methods.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Power BI or Python, and advanced SQL for analytics.

   

• Understanding of project management principles.
