نرم‌افزارها و ابزارهای مورد نیاز:
تسلط به Excel
آشنایی با CRM (ترجیحاً نرم‌افزارهایی مانندrain یا نرم‌افزار CRM داخلی)
آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای فروشگاهی و ERP
بازرسی شعب
آشنایی با ابزارهای گزارش‌گیری و ارائه داده
توانایی ارزیابی عملکرد پرسنل شعب
مهارت در کنترل موجودی و انطباق گزارش‌های فروش و انبار
توانایی شناسایی نقاط ضعف شعب و ارائه راهکار اصلاحی
آشنایی با استانداردهای چیدمان، خدمات مشتری و قوانین داخلی مجموعه
Familiarity with sales data,
Ability to target and monitor sales KPIs (conversion rate, average purchase, monthly growth, etc.)
Familiarity with inventory management methods and coordination with related units (marketing, warehouse, finance, etc.)
Required software and tools:
Mastery of Excel
Familiarity with CRM (preferably software such as rain or internal CRM software)
Familiarity with store and ERP software
Inspection of branches
Familiarity with reporting and data presentation tools
Ability to evaluate the performance of branch personnel
Skill in inventory control and compliance with sales and warehouse reports
Ability to identify weak points of branches and provide corrective solutions
Familiarity with layout standards, customer service and internal rules of the collection
