انجام تحقیقات بازار برای شناسایی نیازهای جدید مشتریان و پیش بینی ترندهای آینده در صنعت لوازم التحریر
بررسی و تحلیل عملکرد رقبا در حوزه قیمت گذاری، استراتژی های فروش و بازاریابی
برنامه ریزی استراتژیک محصول و تجربه همکاری با تیم های طراحی، مارکتینگ و فروش
پیشبرد فرایند تولید پکیجینگ محصولات از طریق ارتباط موثر با پیمانکاران تولید
آموزش تیم فروش درباره ویژگی های محصولات جدید و ارایه راهکارهایی برای فروش موثرتر
پیشنهاد ایده های نوآورانه برای محصولات خلاقانه و جدید
امکان سنجی تولید پکیجینگ محصولات از نظر هزینه، تیراژ، مواد اولیه و محدودیت های فنی
ارتباط موثر با تیم زنجیره تامین جهت کنترل و پیگیری دستور تولیدها و تحویل به موقع در انبار

شرایط احراز:
مسولیت پذیری و توان حل مساله
مهارت کنترل پروژه و اولویت بندی کارها
شناخت برندهای رقیب و رفتار مشتری در این بازار
توانایی کار با نرم افزارهای PowerPoint و Excel
مهارت های قوی ارتباطی، مذاکره و ارایه
آشنایی با مفاهیم و اصول چاپ و صحافی

Job description:
Conduct market research to identify new customer needs and predict future trends in the stationery industry
Review and analyze competitors' performance in the field of pricing, sales and marketing strategies
Strategic product planning and experience working with design, marketing and sales teams
Advance the product packaging production process through effective communication with production contractors
Educate the sales team about the features of new products and provide solutions for more effective sales
Suggest ideas Innovative for creative and new products
Feasibility of product packaging production in terms of cost, circulation, raw materials and technical limitations
Effective communication with the supply chain team to control and follow up on production orders and timely delivery in the warehouse
Qualification conditions:
Responsibility and ability to solve problems
Project control skills and work prioritization
Knowledge of competing brands and customer behavior in this market
Ability to work with PowerPoint software and Excel
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Familiar with the concepts and principles of printing and binding
