در راستای بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای فروشگاهی و شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت موجود، ما به دنبال یک تحلیل‌گر فرآیند با توانمندی‌های تحلیل و عارضه‌یابی فرآیندها و بهبود عملیات فروشگاهی هستیم. فرد موردنظر می‌بایست توانایی شناسایی مشکلات، ارائه راهکارهای عملیاتی و مستندسازی فرآیندها را داشته باشد.
شرح شغل
تحلیل و عارضه‌یابی فرآیندها و شناسایی نقاط ضعف و گلوگاه‌های موجود و پیگیری آن ها
استفاده از ابزارهای تحلیل داده مانند Excel، Power BI، و Tableau برای بررسی و گزارش‌گیری
مستندسازی و طراحی نمودارهای فرآیند با استفاده از Lucidchart یا Visio
مدیریت پروژه‌ها و پیگیری اقدامات اصلاحی با کمک Trello یا Asana
تجزیه‌وتحلیل عملکرد فروشگاه‌ها و شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌ها در فرآیندها
همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های عملیاتی برای اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی و بهبود استانداردها
شرایط احراز
مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی صنایع (گرایش تحلیل سیستم‌ها یا مدیریت)
آشنایی با تحلیل فرآیندها و عارضه‌یابی
تسلط به Excel (Pivot Table، فرمول‌نویسی، نمودارها)
آشنایی با Power BI یا Tableau برای تهیه داشبوردهای مدیریتی
توانایی مستندسازی و طراحی نمودارهای فرآیند با ابزارهایی مانند Lucidchart یا Visio
مهارت در مدیریت پروژه‌ها با استفاده از Trello یا Asana
آشنایی با روش‌های Six Sigma، Lean Management و Root Cause Analysis
توانایی شناسایی و تحلیل ریسک‌ها و ارزیابی مشکلات فرآیندی
